Are you in Pain? It is easy to believe, because you are depressed, anxious or unhappy, that there’s something wrong with you. The truth is you’re not broken. There is nothing wrong. Your pain or problems are the result of you being stuck. You are on a journey through life, and when you become trapped in childhood patterns that’s when you become mentally and emotionally ill.
Growing is how you move through your negative feelings. You don’t need to be fixed, but you need to find your way, or find your true and highest self.
It is true you are in pain. Your problems are real. They just don’t mean what you think, they don’t mean there is something wrong. Your pain is telling you are stuck and the pain is your driver to push you forward on your journey.
The SEVENS, is a 7 week video series that helps you identify and then connect with your 7 human needs, your 7 developmental stages, and your 7 chakras. This course will carry you out of your pain and problems and connect you to your highest truths or your best self.
