I’m not a doctor, but I do create marketing for personalized medicine clinics, so I have to study various treatment protocols, and stay informed on health issues. I’m feeling the need to share what has worked for me personally. I order all mine from Amazon.
Some supplements that support anxiety:
Natural Vitality Natural Calm – magnesium powder. Most of us are deficient. I use 1 teaspoon in some water in the morning. It takes the edge off of anxiety. It can also be used when you feel extreme anxiety coming on.
Pure Encapsulations – Methylcobalamin – Advanced Vitamin B12 is another great supplement for managing stress. It’s good for energy production and nerve maintenance. I used to get a shot every month in my hip, but I now purchase capsules from Amazon. It makes a huge difference for me.
I also take Vitamin D (the sunshine vitamin). It’s good for lots of things including nervous system / emotional support. I use the Pure Encapsulation brand 250 mcg once a day. It is a very high dose. If you are out in the sun at all you won’t need as much.
There are two forms of supplemental B12. I do better with Methylcobalamin. Cyanocobalamin is the most common form and is chemically synthesized. Methylcobalamin is naturally occurring and absorbed better. I can tell the difference and avoid cyanocobalamin. I’m also ultra-sensitive to fillers that are found in some medications. For me, the purest most natural form works better. We each need to do what’s best for ourselves individually.
